A WORD ABOUT FINANCES
Maritime Ministries exists because God called someone to
step out in faith and take action. God causes Maritime Ministries to
continue to exist by calling others to step out in faith and join us in
this effort. As we walk by faith we move ahead with projects and work that
God leads us into even though we may not see all of the finances for those
projects ahead of time. For example, we are well underway with the
construction of phase II of the " Door to the Nations" Center (DTNC),
but we still have a need for approximately an additional $20,000. We also
have ongoing need for administrative support for travel, supplies, etc.
And lastly, we have need of approximately $10,000 to support scholarships
and expenses for the next training school. So, as the 2004 year draws to
an end and you are considering year-end gifts and ministry support for
next year, we simply ask you to pray about supporting Maritime Ministries.
If God directs you to support us, thank you in advance for listening. If
He directs you to support another ministry, we thank you for them and for
the Kingdom. May you have a blessed season as we all celebrate the birth
of the child that gives eternal hope to us and all the peoples of the
world.
