Roy Armstrong Preparing to Begin Using Boat for Local Activity Again

Roy Armstrong made a great sacrifice to take the boat that was given to him to start a “maritime” ministry and put it into a young trainee’s hands to take to the islands. For five years the boat was dedicated to coming and going to the islands. The work that is happening there would not have happened had the Mitchells not given their boat to Roy, and had Roy not allowed someone else to take it 1500 miles away. “Praise The Lord” returned home and for two years. Roy and many friends have been renovating and preparing her for local work again.

The time has come. Roy is preparing to begin taking trips with trainees, and ministry groups. Now, there will be a well established local ministry with the boat that is connected to a well established foreign ministry in the islands.

Using the “Praise The Lord”, Roy will soon be equipping a new generation of maritime missionaries.
