CLEANSING STREAMS COURSE
God has been busy here on Long Island among our core
group of youth and church leaders. Our sails are hoisted and we’ve
caught the wind of the Holy Spirit!
Question for you: What do you get when you take a group
through a 9-week Cleansing Stream course about the Spirit-led committed
life, taming the tongue and the power of God to cleanse? And then everyone
spends $800 to fly 1,500 miles, cram into a big van and attend a retreat
together to experience God?
Answer: A group of free people with a deeper love for
God and for one another, the smell of revival and a hunger for more!!
Some of the comments of the group after the retreat: “Feeling
God closer, freedom from binding offenses, free from past relationships
(soul ties untied), more freedom in worship, closer relationships”. “Got
free from things I did not even know I was bound by”. “So glad I went,
I’m just different!”. “I’ve started going to the primary
school and talking to the children now that I understand the powerful
impact of words”.
Our leadership group got very close during the Cleansing
Stream meetings. Would you pray that though we are scattering to many
places during the summer, that the bonds would remain tight between all of
us.
